Delivery Policy
Kolorheaven is committed to delivering high-quality real estate photo editing services within the promised timeframe.
Standard Processing Time
- 8 – 12 hours: Photo Editing, Retouching, Virtual Dusk
- 12 – 24 hours: Virtual Staging, Video Editing
Express Delivery Option
3 – 4 hours: Available for standard photo editing and retouching services
- Additional charges may apply depending on complexity and workload.
- Customers must confirm in advance to ensure feasibility for express processing.
Important Notes
- The stated processing time applies to standard-sized projects. Larger or more complex projects may require additional time, and Kolorheaven will notify customers of any delays.
- Customers must approve orders before processing begins. Any additional requests or modifications after order approval may impact the delivery timeline.
- Urgent orders may incur extra fees, depending on the requested timeframe and workload.
Storage Policy
Kolorheaven provides a secure storage system for project files according to the following guidelines:
1. Input files: Stored for up to 30 days from the date of receipt.
2. Output files: Stored for up to 90 days after project completion.
3. After the specified storage period, files will be permanently deleted without prior notice.
4. Customers are responsible for backing up important files.
To ensure uninterrupted access to your files, we strongly recommend downloading and securely storing all delivered files on your preferred storage platform or device as soon as they are provided.
