Payment Policy
In order to provide a professional, transparent and convenient cooperation experience, Kolorheaven applies the following payment policies
Billing Cycle
Pay twice a month:
- First Time: From the 1st to the 15th
- Second Time: From the 16th to the last day of the month
Payment Schedule
- Customers have a maximum of 5 days from the invoice date of receipt to complete the payment.
- Invoices will be sent via email or Kolorheaven’s order management system.
Payment Methods
To facilitate customers, Kolorheaven supports flexible payment methods, including:
- Bank transfer (account information will be provided in the invoice).
- Payment via PayPal, Credit Card or E-Wallet (if available).
Late Payment
If payment is not made within the specified time limit, Kolorheaven may take the following measures:
- Send reminders via email, group chat or SMS.
- Suspend service until payment is completed.
- Apply late payment fees (if any), depending on the contract agreement.
