At Kolorheaven, we are committed to delivering high-quality photo editing services to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.

 

This Revision Policy outlines the conditions and scope of revision support to maintain transparency and efficiency in our collaboration.

Revision Request Timeframe

  • Customers have 24 hours from the time of delivery to request revisions. If no feedback is received within this period, the product will be considered accepted and finalized.
  • Requests made after 7 days will no longer be free and may incur additional charges.
  • Requests made after 30 days will not be eligible for revision, and Kolorheaven will not be responsible for any quality-related claims.

Number of Free Revisions

  • Kolorheaven offers 1 – 2 free revisions, depending on the service package selected.
  • Unlimited revisions are not supported if the customer continuously changes requirements or fails to specify their desired style upfront.

Scope of Revisions

Kolorheaven’s photo editing services include, but are not limited to:
✅ Color correction, lighting adjustments, and contrast enhancement.
✅ Object removal, replacement, or modification.
✅ Virtual staging, furniture addition, and detail enhancement.
✅ Image quality improvement, noise reduction, and composition adjustments.

📌Important Notes

  • Revision requests must be reasonable and aligned with the initially agreed-upon style.
  • Requests outside the original scope may be subject to additional charges.

Revision Content Guidelines

  • Customers must provide clear and detailed instructions when submitting a revision request.
  • Any additional changes beyond the initial instructions may be considered a new order.
  • Kolorheaven reserves the right to decline revision requests that are inappropriate, illegal, or unethical.

Responsibilities & Customer Rights

  • Kolorheaven’s Quality Assurance (QA) team reviews all projects before delivery to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Final approval is the customer’s responsibility. If the customer accepts the product and provides no feedback within the specified timeframe, subsequent complaints will not qualify for free revisions.
  • If Kolorheaven has fulfilled the agreed-upon requirements but the customer remains unsatisfied without a valid reason, the company reserves the right to decline further revisions and require payment as per the agreement.

Copyright & Image Ownership

Kolorheaven does not claim any ownership over the original images provided by customers.


However, Kolorheaven reserves the right to use edited images for promotional and portfolio purposes, unless the customer explicitly requests otherwise in writing.
