Kolorheaven offers a trial policy to allow potential clients to experience our service quality before committing to a long-term partnership.

This ensures transparency and confidence in our collaboration.

New customers can request a limited number of trial images to evaluate service quality.
Trial images will include a watermark to protect Kolorheaven’s rights.
The trial is free of charge, depending on the number of images and service type.
If satisfied, customers can proceed with a formal order, which will be processed under standard payment and delivery policies.

For first-time customers, Kolorheaven will initially deliver a watermarked trial version after editing.
Once the customer approves the results and completes the payment, the final non-watermarked version will be delivered.
This ensures mutual trust and protects both parties in the collaboration process.

Customers may not use or modify the watermarked trial images for commercial purposes.
Kolorheaven reserves the right to deny trial requests if misuse or abuse is detected.
This policy is primarily applicable to new customers or special-case orders.
